Order Processing time

We process orders in alignment with our warehouse partner’s operation hours from 8:00 - 16:00 every weekday.

We don’t process orders on the weekends. If you place an order from Friday - to Sunday outside operation hours your order will be processed on Monday. 

Shipping times

After the order is packed GLS will pick it up from the warehouse. Depending on when GLS picks up the order the shipping times can be varied as the following:

• orders processed before 12:00 will be shipped the next weekday before noon

• orders processed before 16:00 will be shipped the next weekday

• orders processed after 16:00 will be shipped the next weekday.

GLS delivery

GLS ships your gear kit within 2-3 business days. You have different options for gear delivery:

We do not ship outside of Denmark. 

Pickup Time

You have 7 days to pick up the package at the GLS pickup point.
After 7 days the package will be returned to our warehouse partner again and a refund process will begin.
