What is WoltGear.dk? 
Woltgear.dk is a webshop administrated by Wolt Danmark ApS for Courier Partners on the Wolt Platform.

The webshop offers products we believe will make the experience delivering with Wolt even better.
The Wolt delivery bags comply with Danish food regulations and provide a safe choice for anyone who wants to deliver food on the Wolt platform. 

The apparel is functional and built for the Danish weather.


Who can order Wolt gear?  

The webshop displays a selection of Goods made for Wolt Courier Partners who have access to the Wolt platform and are registered and approved by the Danish food authorities to do deliveries in Denmark. 


Do Courier  Partners need to purchase Wolt gear?

No, the Courier Partners can freely choose to deliver with own equipment. 
We recommend that any delivery equipment complies with the Danish food delivery regulations.


Who handles my online order? 

Our warehouse partner will pack your order. GLS will ship your order to the nearest GLS pickup point or directly to your address. Different delivery fees may apply.


How long will it take before my order arrives?

Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days. Courier Partner can choose between direct delivery or nearest pick up point.  

You will receive email and SMS notifications about the delivery and estimated day of arrival from GLS.


I have ordered my gear but have not received a GLS notification

Our warehouse partner sends gear every weekday from 8:00-16:00. 

GLS will send an email and SMS notification once they receive your package from the warehouse and its on the way. 


How can I track my order? 

You will receive a final order confirmation on email from Wolt where you can track your shipment via the tracking number. 

I need a different size. When will the item be back in stock?

We are constantly monitoring and updating our stock. If we miss something please reach out to us on our contact page.


How can I cancel my order? 

Contact us through the contact page on our website or directly in the Wolt Partner app.

How can I return unwanted items? 

You can return all items back to us for free within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure all items are in their original condition.

We will refund you within 14 business days.

You can return your items at our return portal.

Enter your email and order number (you can find it in your invoice email) on our return portal and select the items you want to return. 

After you receive the return slip email, pack your unwanted items and drop them off at a GLS parcel shop.  

What does “in the original condition” mean? 

The original condition means you can try on or try out the item you have received but it has no sign of usage. Because of hygiene and safety reasons we can not accept bike helmets back.

I haven't received my return confirmation email.

Please contact Wolt support in the Wolt partner app if you have not received a return confirmation email within 14 business days.  We will reply to you as soon as possible. Please provide the information below.

  • Your order number
  • Which items have been returned
  • Return date
  • Delivery reference number (eg.GLS from another courier or postal service)

 

I have received a damaged or faulty item.

We are sorry if you have received a faulty item.You can return a damaged/faulty item to us up to 2 years from receiving it.

We would love to get some feedback from you on the faulty item. 

  • How much has the item been used? (eg. it came damaged, used it five times)
  • What is the issue with the product? (eg. zipper broken, shoulder straps)
  • You are welcome to send pictures to describe the problem.
