You can return an item in it's original condition free of charge and request a refund within 30 days from time of delivery. We will fully refund you to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and process the returned item.

The return process:
• Securely pack the unwanted goods
• Download and print shipping label
• Put the label on the package
• Drop off the package at a GLS parcel shop
RefundWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
After the return period?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the return period above. If you try to return anyway, we may need to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover delivery costs.
Do you want to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. If you want another size or colour, you can return the item get your money back and order it again in the desired colour or size.
Hygiene and the safety of our customers are super important, so bike helmets cannot be returned for a refund. Of course, it's okay to try an item on, just like you would in a store, but please do not use it.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and can not be damaged along the way.
What do I do if I have received the wrong item?
If you receive an item that you have not ordered, please send it back to us, and we will refund you as soon as possible when it has reached our warehouse.
